Out-of-Bounds is noted by fence stakes along left of No. 6, 7 and 8 rough, and along right side of No. 9 to end stake near the rocks. No. 2 and 1 left of power pole to white stakes at top of hill is out-of-bounds. Left side of No. 9 played as a lateral water hazard with the hazard's boundary defined as the top edge of the river's bank -- First point of relief plus one club length.

LOCAL RULE: Either play from ditch behind No. 1 green or take drop in drop area -- one stroke penalty.
